接受美学视阈下的辅导员工作探析

摘　　要：辅导员是具有不同情感、独立意识和主观性的个体。只有辅导员自觉自愿接受工作,才能长久积极从事辅导员工作。从接受美学的观点出发,辅导员需克服传统的社会需要论和增强主体意识,同时,学校、教育管理部门坚持以人为本的原则,尊重辅导员合理的需求,利用显性与隐性资源激发辅导员的情感共鸣与角色领悟。The counselor is a kind of individual who is independent and subjectivity. Long--time service in the field of instructor only by willing to take jobs. The paper presented by using the theory of receptional aesthetic to analyse counselor＇s job. Overcome traditional idea,such as social needs. At the same time, college administration should stick to people--oriented, respect and satisfy reasonable requests for counselors. Using explicit and implicit resources to elicit emotion and reaction.
