培植大学精神 引领新建地方本科院校转型发展

摘　　要：大学精神是一所大学的灵魂,新建地方本科院校本科合格评估刚刚通过,再次转型已经迫在眉睫,即由传统本科院校向应用技术型大学转型。在十年左右的时间,新建地方本科院校需要经历两次转型,诸多因素复杂多变,众多观点纷至沓来,到底怎么办,我们必须从大局着眼、整体出发,培植具有地方特色的大学精神,统一全校师生思想和行动,引领新建地方本科院校积极健康的转型发展。University Spirit is the soul of a university. For newly - built local colleges, the transition from academies to four - year colleges has not been completed, but a new challenge is pressing： the second round of restructuring requires the transition from the undergraduate colleges to technology -based universities. Decades or so, new local colleges need to go through two transitions which are affected by many complex factors. On the transitions, people have different views. The solution lies in the cultivation of university spirit with local characteristics. The whole school of thought and action should be unified so as to secure a positive and healthy direction for the development of those colleges.
