摘　　要：立德树人是教育的根本任务。高校学生工作的重心是立德树人,即通过教育、管理、服务、引导等方式促进学生成人成才。学生工作在很大程度上影响立德树人的过程和效果。随着时代的变化,青年学生呈现出新特点,学生工作需要与时俱进、推陈出新,积极应对新的挑战和问题。学生工作要坚持和创新工作理念,全面深化文化素质教育,积极探索科学有效的工作体制机制。Strengthening morality and educating student is the fundamental task of education. College student work has become an important way of strengthening morality and educating people,and its aim is promote students to be talents by the education, management,service and guidance. To some extent,the process of strengthening morality and educating people is affected by student work. With the changing times ,young students show new characteristics. Therefore,Student work must have some innovation to keep pace with times,must respond to the new challenges and problems actively,must uphold and innovation concept,must comprehensively deepen the culture of quality education,must ex-plore science institutional mechanisms actively.
