摘　　要：高职医卫类专业人文素质教育面临一些问题和困惑,影响了医卫类人才培养质量。高职院校教育工作者要从更新观念、优化课程设置、创新教学方法、拓宽师资来源、改革教学评价、加强校园文化建设等方面加强高职医学生人文素质培养,以提升其人文素质。Humanistic and quality education is facing with some problems and confusion in higher vocational health care professions, which has affected the health care personnel training quality. Educators in higher vocational colleges should update concepts, optimize the curriculum, innovate teaching methods, broaden the sources of teachers, reform teaching evaluation, strengthen the construction of campus culture to strengthen higher vocational medical students’ humanistic and quality education, so as to enhance their humanistic quality.
