摘　　要：教师的专业实践能力是高职教学质量的重要保障,构建科学、系统的评价体系是促进教师专业水平提升的重要途径。本文依据教师教学实践行为表现,分析了当前高职教师实践能力存在的问题,提出三层次教师实践能力评价体系的基本框架,对以教师为主体的评价方式做了有益尝试。Teachers professional practice ability is the important guarantee of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges. Constructing a scientific and systematic evaluation system is an important way to promote teachers＇ professional level. In this article, on the basis of teaching practice performance, the author analyzed the existing problems about teachers＇ practical ability, put forward the basic framework evaluation including three levels, which is a beneficial attempt for establishing the evaluation system regarding teachers as corpus.
