摘　　要：简述了甘露聚糖肽的生物活性及国内外研究动向,介绍了目前我国对魔芋飞粉的利用现状,对魔芋飞粉的化学组成进行了分析,分析了魔芋飞粉在甘露聚糖肽生产中的应用前景。Briefly describe the biological activity ofmannatide and the research trend at home and abroad, introduce the utilization of the konjac flying powder, and analyze the composition of konjac flying powder. And the application prospect that useing konjac flying powder to product mannan peptide were stated.
