摘  要:透射近红外(NIR)光谱结合改进偏最小二乘法(MPLS)测定甘蔗制糖生产中废蜜的锤度、蔗糖分和还原糖分。采用近红外多功能分析仪对采自生产线的废蜜进行光谱扫描和常规化学法测定。优化后发现对废蜜的近红外光谱进行标准正态变量变化、去趋势校正和一次求导联合处理,再采用MPLS建立的校正模型最佳,用验证样品对模型进行验证。结果显示,MPLS法建立的锤度、蔗糖分和还原糖分的预测相关系数(Rp)分别为0.934、0.917、0.891,预测标准偏差(SEP)分别为0.692、0.837、0.204,均达到准确、可靠测定的目标。NIR可较好地用于废蜜锤度、蔗糖分和还原糖分的快速测定。Transmittance near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) with modified partial least squares (MPLS) determines brix, sucrose and reducing sugar contents of molasses from refine sugar. NIR analyzer was used, and the molasses from production line was scanned to obtain NIR spectrum and determined using routine methods. After optimization, the original NIR spectrum of molasses was pretreated with SNV, detrend and first derivation. Then, MPLS was used to establish the optimal calibration model, which was verified by the validation set data. The results show that prediction correlation coefficients (Rp) of birx, sucrose and reducing sugar were 0.934, 0.917, 0.891, respectively, and the standard errors of prediction (SEP) were 0.692, 0.837, 0.204. NIR was an accuracy and reliable method for rapid analyses of brix, sucrose and reducing sugar contents of molasses.
