地方高师师范生与非师范生就业压力的差异研究

摘　　要：面对激烈的院校竞争和严峻的就业形势,地方高师欲在弘扬"师范"传统特色的过程中实现转型发展,迫切需要对师范生和非师范生两类大学生群体的就业压力问题"切脉问诊"。采用自编的《大学生就业压力问卷》,对某地高师师范生和非师范生就业压力差异状况的调查表明:师范生的就业压力大于非师范生;师范专业中女生的就业压力大于男生;师范男生在专业因素上的压力大于非师范男生;师范女生在就业环境、专业因素、职业定位、家人期望等方面大于非师范女生。University students employment stress questionnaire was used in the study. 154 normal students and 162 undergraduate students were tested in this research on employment stress. The results are as follows： Normal students are higher than undergraduate students in total employment stress. Normal female students＇ employment stress are significantly higher than normal male students. There are significant differences in major factor between male normal students and male undergraduate students. Male normal students are higher than male undergraduate students. There are significant differences in total employment stress, employment environment, major factor between female normal students and female undergraduate students. Female normal students are higher than female undergraduate students
