摘 要:目的探讨学生标准化病人应用于《传染病护理学》实践教学的效果。方法将147名学生随机分为两组,实验组学生采用学生标准化病人案例教学法,对照组学生采用传统教学法进行临床实践教学。对比两组学生期末考试理论成绩、操作技能及护患沟通技能,调查学生对学生标准化病人案例教学法的认可程度。结果实验组学生的成绩明显高于对照组,理论成绩、操作技能及护患沟通技能比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组70名学生对学生标准化病人案例教学法评价良好。结论在《传染病护理学》实践教学中采用学生标准化病人案例教学法,有助于提高学生学习的兴趣,缓解教学资源不足,培养学生临床综合能力,提高教学质量。Objective To study the effect of students standardized patients on the nursing of infectious disease practice teaching. Methods A total of 147 students were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group students adopt standardized patient case teaching method, the control group with traditional teaching method in clinical practice teaching. Compared theory achievement in the final exam, operation skills and communication skills of nurses and pa- tients in two groups of students to investigate students standardized patient acceptance of case teaching to the students. Results The scores of the experimental group students were obviously higher than that of control group, the theory of performance, operation skills and communication skills of nurses and patients were compared, and there was a signifi- cant difference (P〈0.01). The experimental group 70 students standardized patient case teaching evaluation was good for students. Conclusion In the journal of infectious diseases nursing practice teaching the students standardized pa- tient case teaching helps to improve students“ interest in learning, alleviate the lack of teaching resources, train stu- dents” clinical comprehensive ability, improve the quality of teaching.
