医药类高职高专顶岗实习质量保障体系存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：顶岗实习是医药类高职高专实践教育的重要环节,但实习工作中存在着对顶岗实习认识不足、缺乏规范实习指导、实习师资匮乏、质量监控范围较狭窄和质量评价体系不完善等问题。为解决这些问题,建议加强对顶岗实习的思想教育,规范对实训、实习基地的建设,建立应用型教师队伍,开发具有实时动态监控功能的多用户实习管理平台,构建校内外一体化管理和校企行联动的顶岗实习质量保障体系。Internship is an important component part of medical majors′ practice education in higher vocational colleges. There exists such problems in reality as underrating of the internship,the lack of standard practice guidance and teachers,the narrow scope of the quality monitoring and imperfect evaluation system of quality. In order to solve these problems,it is suggested that the ideological education of the students in intern-ship should be strengthened,practice base construction should be standardized,the practical team of teachers should be established,multi - user practice management platform with the dynamic monitoring function should be developed,and that quality guarantee system for internship with inte-grated management and cooperation of both the college and hospital should be built up.
