摘　　要：对实验技术队伍激励机制的内涵和高校实验技术队伍激励机制存在的问题进行了分析,在此基础上提出高校实验技术队伍建设中主要的激励措施。这些措施包括薪酬激励、工作激励、晋升激励和荣誉激励。The laboratory technical team plays an increasingly important role in training the innovative talents and scientific research.Based on the analysis of existing problems in encouraging the laboratory technique team in universities,several countermeasures are suggested for the implementation of the encouragement measures of laboratory technical team.
