摘　　要：普通高等学校军事课程的特色化建设是一项系统工程，结合几年来的探索和实践，提出了军事课程特色化建设的初步方向：首先，各高校要根据其专业设置明确本校军事课程具体的培养目标，即部队建设和未来作战需要的各类预备役人才；其次，要确立必修课＋选修课＋第二课堂（讲座）“三位一体”的课程结构，基础模块＋拓展模块＋区域化特色模块有机结合的教学内容体系；再次，师资队伍要坚持走军地结合、专兼结合、校际联合的发展路子，高校军事课教师在完成本职工作的基础上，要走出去，积极参与全社会的国防教育。The characteristic construction of military course in colleges and universities is a systematic project. Combined with the exploration and practice in recent years, the paper proposes the initial direction of the characteristic construction of military course as follows ： firstly, colleges and universities should set specific objectives of military course based on its specialized curriculum design, i.e. military construction and various types of reserve personnel of future operation; secondly, establish the ＂trinity＂ course structure which contains compulsory, elective and extracurricular courses, and the teaching content system which contains base module, expansion module and the module with regionalization features; thirdly, college teachers should go out of the campus to broaden their view and actively participate national defense education of the whole society.
