摘  要:现代学徒是将传统的学徒培训方式与现代的学校教育相结合,形成的一种学校与企业合作式的职业教育形式,以工学交替为主要特征,是对传统学徒制教育的发展。陶瓷艺术设计职业教育不仅是单纯的技艺传授和学识的培养,更是一种职业训练教育。在实施现代学徒制教学模式过程中要面对企业资格、师傅标准、教学组织、校企互动、评价考核等方面的问题,本文结合陶瓷艺术设计人才培养模式改革实践,对陶瓷艺术设计专业实施现代学徒的关键点和实施思路进行必要梳理,旨在为陶瓷艺术设计专业现代学徒制课题实施指明方向。Modern apprenticeship, as the advanced form of traditional apprenticeship training, is the combination of traditional apprenticeship training and contemporary school education and it is operated as a cooperation by school and company, which is featured with the working-schooling alternation pattern. The ceramic art and design vocational education is not only of the technique teaching and knowledge cultivation but more of career training. The process of modern apprenticeship mainly involves in the aspects like enterprise qualification, mentor standards, teaching organization, interaction between school and enterprise, evaluation and assessment, etc. Referring to the ceramic art and design education reform practice, this thesis conduct an imperative clarification of the key points and implementation ideas in modern apprenticeship implementation, and thus it can indicate directions for the modern apprenticeship implementation.
