摘　　要：在工科院校开设《现代食品营养与安全》公共选修课程,是为了优化在校大学生的知识结构,培养大学生的综合素质。在教学中应精选教学内容,教师要不断学习,及时补充学科发展前沿知识;采用多媒体的教学手段和灵活的考查方式;针对一些现代食品营养与安全的热点和误区进行课堂讨论,丰富学生知识面。The modern food nutrition and safety is offered in the form of public elective course, the purpose is to optimize the knowledge structure and cultivate the students comprehensive quality. The content and difference should be classified for the course.At the same time, the teachers are required to study for keeping the pace of the development of the subject by hardworking. Some hotspot and mistake of nutrition can be discussed by arranging discussion on the course to make enrichment of the knowledge.
