摘　　要：完全数问题是数论中的一个难题,尤其是奇完全数的存在性问题。研究形如7m-1形的奇正整数n=παq12β1…qs2βs不是完全数的条件,通过对n的相异素因子π,qi(i=1,2,…,s)取模7情况以及qi的指数2βi取模3情况的讨论,给出了相应的结论。The problem of perfect number is an important problem in number theory. Especially,the existence of odd perfect numbers is a well-known difficult problem in number theory. The conditions on the positive odd numbers of the form 7m-1 are not perfect numbers are studied. By discussing the cases on the distinct prime factors π,qi（ i =1,2,…,s） modulo 7 and the cases on indexs 2βi of qimodulo3,a conclusion is presented accordingly.
