摘 要:某型SUV四驱车加速过程中,在无乘员时副驾驶员座椅抖动明显,严重影响整车品质。运用道路车内振动试验分析、模态试验分析、CAE分析等方法对座椅抖动的原因进行分析,确定该座椅抖动由座椅Y向摆动模态频率与悬架激励频率共振引起。可有加强座椅结构以提高其固有频率及附加动力吸振器两种方案,使座椅抖动降低2.5 m/s2,主观评价抖动消除。最终综合考虑成本、周期,选用座椅结构加强方案。There is a fierce vibration of the front seat in the cab of an empty SUV vehicle during speeding. It seriously affects the quality of the whole vehicle. The resonance phenomenon of the vehicle is studied by interior vibration test, modal test and CAE analysis. It is found that the vibration of the front seat is caused by the resonance between the swing modal frequency of the front seat and the suspension excitation frequency of the vehicle. Finally, two schemes of reinforcing the seat structure to raise its intrinsic frequency and adding a dynamic vibration absorber are proposed. The test result shows that the acceleration amplitude is greatly reduced by 2.5 m/s2 and the subjective evaluation shows that the seat vibration is eliminated. Considering the cost and the period of the improvement schemes synthetically, the scheme of reinforcing the seat structure is chosen.
