摘　　要：根据Bezout矩阵与Hankel矩阵的基本性质,给出了Bezout矩阵与标准幂基下友矩阵之间的缠绕关系,然后探讨了控制基下的Bezout矩阵与其友矩阵的关系,并推导出了这一情形下的一些相关结果.最后,进一步探讨了Bernstein基下的对称化子与Bernstein基下的友矩阵M的相似矩阵之间的缠绕关系.Using the fundamental properties of classical Bezout matrix and Hankel matrix,the pa-per firstly provides some intertwining relationship between Bezout matrix and companion matrix with respect to standard power basis.Secondly,the intertwining relationship under control basis is investi-gated and some properties of Bezout matrix are obtained.Finally,the intertwining relationship be-tween the symmetrizer and a special matrix with respect to Bernstein basis is also discussed.
