国际教育标准分类与我国高等职业教育发展探索

摘　　要：联合国教科文组织制订的《国际教育标准分类》(ISCED)是用于在世界各国进行的教育系统比较统计的框架。新的ISCED(2011)重新定义了高等教育,搭建了完整的职业教育体系;增补了公认资格证书(Recognized qualification)分类单位;职业教育变得灵活开放,体现了终身教育理念。对我国高等职业教育发展的启示主要在于:提升职业教育地位,建立完整的职业教育体系与终身教育通道,完善证书制度,促进非正规形式教育,由多元的教育提供者组织多样的教育活动。International standard classification of education of UNESCO is a frame of educational system comparation and statistics in countries. ISCED（2011） has redefined higher education, constructed whole vocational education system; added recognized qualification; made vocational education flexibly and openly which embodies life-long education. The ISCED （2011） enlighted that higher vocational education should promote vocational education status, build whole vocational education system and life-long education channels, improve the system of certificate, promote informal forms of education, organize various education activities by multi-suppliers.
