谈研究生培养的个性化

摘　　要：研究生教育不应以培养共性化的人才为旨归,而应造就具有独特学术个性的研究品格和独创能力的人。培养独特的学术个性要基于研究生思维优势和学科基础,设计个性化的发展目标,构建核心课程与自主选修课程组成的多样化课程体系。教师理应是思想者,唤醒学生的自由精神是教育的使命,培育学生的"求真"精神是使学生从"困惑"、"窘境"走向"觉醒"、"敞亮"的必由之路。Postgraduate education should be aimed at cultivating unique academic and creative talents instead of people with only common abilities. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to bring the strengths of both academic programs and students into full play on the basis of personalized goals of development and a well-designed curriculum with core and elective courses. Teachers should set up a fine example of free thinking for students and enable them to develop a spirit of pursuing knowledge and seeking truth.
