摘　　要：随着我国高等教育进入大众化阶段,培养应用型本科人才成为国家发展战略。应用型本科人才有别于学术研究型人才和实用技能型人才,社会对应用型本科人才的内涵、素质、能力等都有特定的要求。本文通过对三所地方高校的问卷调查和数据分析,了解用人单位对高校毕业生职业素质的总体评定,掌握用人单位对应用型本科人才能力素质的要求;探究高校应用型人才培养目标与用人单位的人才素质标准存在偏差的成因;提出地方高校应该根据应用型本科人才培养的实际定位,加强和改进教育教学评价工作。With the development of higher education,the education of practice-oriented undergraduate talents has become a national strategy.The talents of practice-oriented undergraduates are different from academic researchers and practitioners.The society has specific requirements such as content,quality and ability for practice-oriented talents.By questionnaire surveying and data analyzing in three local colleges in Zhejiang Province,this paper investigates the overall evaluation of undergraduates' professional quality,the requirements of abilities and qualities of practice-oriented talents from the employers.Then,the paper explores the cause of the deviation between the talents training target in local colleges and the ability and quality standard of talents from the employers.Finally,the paper proposes that local colleges should strengthen and improve the education and teaching evaluation according to the actual positioning of practice-oriented talents.
