摘  要:用中药渣生产单细胞蛋白饲料,研究不同的氮源添加量对蛋白饲料中蛋白含量和纤维素含量影响。结果表明,基础培养基为中药渣80%、麸皮20%;含水量48%;黑曲霉ZM-8、白地霉、啤酒酵母接种量分别是0.5%、0.5%、0.1%;磷酸二氢钾0.5%、三十烷醇10 mg/L。氮源为尿素5.0%、硫酸铵4.0%、硝酸铵1.0%、氯化铵1.5%,中药渣制得的蛋白饲料中蛋白含量达28.9%,比原来提高了270%,纤维素含量16.9%,比原来降低了60.7%。Using herb residue as raw material,single cell protein feed was produced,and the effect of different nitrogen source on protein and cellulose content of the feed was studied.Results showed that the optimum formula of basic medium was herb residue 80%,wheat bran 20%,moisture 48%,KH2PO5 0.5%,triacontanol 10 mg/L.The inoculum of Aspergillus niger ZM-8,Geotrichum candidum,Saccharomyces cerevisiae were 0.5%,0.5%,0.1%,respectively.The optimum nitrogen source was urea 5.0%,ammonium sulfate 4.0%,ammonium nitrate 1.0%,and ammonium chloride 1.5%.Under this condition,the protein content of feed was 28.9%,270% higher than the original,and the cellulose content was 16.9%,60.7% lower than the original.
