摘 要:基于361名知识型员工的问卷调查,本文探讨了职业生涯延迟满足对工作绩效、职业生涯成功的影响机制。结果表明,职业生涯延迟满足对工作绩效、职业满意度有显著正向影响;工作延迟满足在职业生涯延迟满足对工作绩效、职业满意度的影响中起中介作用;学习目标定向在工作延迟满足对工作绩效、职业满意度的影响中起调节作用,在低学习目标定向的条件下,工作延迟满足对工作绩效、职业满意度的影响更大。To explore the influence mechanism of career delay of gratification on job performance and career satisfaction, we investigated 361 knowledge workers, in different types of organizations by questionnaires. By hierarchical regression and other analysis, the results revealed that 1)career delay of gratification has positive impact both on job performance and career satisfaction; 2) job delay of gratification mediated the relationship between career delay of gratification and job performance and career satisfaction; 3)learning goal orientation moderated the relationship between job delay of gratification and job performance and career satisfaction and job delay of gratification has more effect on the job performance and career satisfaction in the lower leaning goal orientation.
