摘　　要：参照性交流过程中交流者彼此间的认知协调机制是认知心理学的一个研究热点。语言使用是参照性交流活动的典型形式,也是交流者间实现认知和行为协调的媒介,该过程表现为一种策略性调整过程。然而,参照性交流中语言信号可能是模糊不清的,交流者需要依赖更多的额外信息资源来解决歧义和实现共同理解,这表现为一种非策略性调整过程。非策略性、策略性调整过程并存于参照性交流过程之中,以往研究相对更多关注了策略性调整过程。文中重点归纳总结和评述了参照性交流中的非策略性认知过程——源于特定说者特征的非策略性调整,以及源于特定交流情境的非策略性调整。未来研究应同时从两种研究思路出发,扩展研究设计,深入探查两种过程彼此促进、制约的机制和模式。The cognitive coordination mechanism between referential communicators is a hot research topic in cognitive psychology. Language use is a typical form in referential communication, but also it is a media of cognitive and behavioral coordination between referential communicators. The process is a strategic adjustment process. However, the language signals may be blurred, communicators need to rely more on additional information resources to resolve the ambiguities and achieve a common understanding. This is a non-strategic adjustment process. Non-strategic and strategic adjustment processes coexist in the referential communication process. Previous studies pay more attention to the strategic adjustment process. This paper summarizes and comments on the non-strategic cognitive process non-strategic adjustments from the characteristics of the specific speaker and specific situations. Future research should proceed from two research ideas at the same time, and extend the study design to examine the mechanisms and modes of the two processes.
