摘　　要：探讨了脂肪酶的来源、性能并主要介绍了脂肪酶在制革上的重要应用以及在食品、医药、造纸等领域的应用,展望了脂肪酶的未来发展前景。The origin and properties of lipase were discussed. The applications of lipase in leather making and other industries such as food, medicine and paper making were summarized. And the developemont of lipase was put forward.
