摘  要:目的了解某市大米中镉污染现状,为开展食品中镉暴露风险评估提供参考依据。方法 2011年9月、2012年9月分别在所辖9个县(市、区)采集非工业园区农户自产大米414份、工业园区农户自产大米360份及流通市场大米100份,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定其镉含量,采用秩和检验和χ2检验进行统计学分析。结果非工业园区农户自产大米、工业园区农户自产大米及流通市场大米的镉含量平均值分别为0.15mg/kg、0.24mg/kg、0.19mg/kg,镉超标率分别为29.23%、41.67%、46.00%。结论该市各县(市、区)大米均有不同程度镉污染,其中工业园区大米中镉污染更严重,应进一步加强监测,控制污染,保障人群的健康。Objective To understand the contamination status of cadmium in rice in a city,and provide reference basis for the risk assessment on cadmium exposure of food. Methods In 9 counties of the city,414 ice samples were collected randomly from non-industrial parks in 2011,360 rice samples were collected randomly from industrial parks and the other 100 rice samples were collected randomly in trading market in 2012,all samples were analyzed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Data were analyzed by nonparametric test and Chisquare test. Results The average value of cadmium in rice in non-industrial parks, industrial parks and trading market was 0. 154 mg/kg, O. 243 mg/kg and 0. 192 mg/kg,the over limit rate of cadmium was 29.23 % ,41.67% and 46.00% respectively. Conclusion The rice in 9 counties of the city is polluted by cadmium with different levels, and the contamination in industrial parks is more serious.
