摘　　要：我国高校实行党委领导下的校长负责制,党建工作是高校工作极其重要的组成部分。开展党建研究工作、建立党建研究工作激励机制具有极其重要的意义。建立高校党建研究工作激励机制,主要指借鉴现代激励理论建立一套行之有效的对学校党建研究工作起激励作用的办法和制度,以充分调动广大教师开展党建研究的积极性和创造性。Colleges and universities in China implement the system of president responsibility under the leadership of the Party committee, Party building is one of the important parts in university management work. Researching Party building and building incentive mechanism are of great importance. Building incentive mechanism mainly means to establish a set of effective rules and regulations according modem incentive theory so as to mobilize teachers＇ enthusiasm and creativity of studying Party building.
