摘 要:目的:探讨临床实践教学对高职护生自尊、社会支持、应对方式及心理健康的影响。方法:选取2012年5-6月对参与健康教育临床实践的高职护生90名作为研究对象,于进行临床实践教学前后采用SCL-90量表进行测评。结果:实践1月后,护生的症状自评量表(SCL-90)测得心理健康状况优于实践前,其心理健康比例、积极应对、自尊、领悟社会支持得分均高于实践前。消极应对和SCL-90总平均分呈正相关,自尊、社会支持、积极应对与SCL-90总平均分呈负相关。结论:临床实践教学能促进高职护生自尊、社会支持、积极应对和心理健康的发展。自尊、社会支持、积极应对是高职护生心理健康的促进因素。Objective: To explore the influence of vocational nursing students' self- esteem,social support,coping style and mental health on the clinical practice. Methods: The 90 vocational nursing school students were investigated by questionnaires,before and after the health education clinical practice. Results: After one month of clinical practice,their mental health level was better than before practice,the Symptom Checklist- 90( SCL- 90) average score,social support,self- esteem and positive coping style were promoted. Negative coping style was correlated with bad mental health,while self- esteem,social support and positive coping style were correlated with good mental health. Conclusion: The mental health level,social support,self- esteem and positive coping style of vocational nursing students were promoted by clinical practice. Social support,self- esteem and positive coping style may be the promoted factors of vocational nursing students' mental health.
