摘　　要：循证实践(Evidence based practice)在心理学得到越来越多的关注,2006年美国心理学会(APA)发布了关于在心理学实施循证实践的政策申明。本文探讨中医心理学的循证实践,在概念上阐明循证实践究竟是什么(what),它为什么重要(why),如何在中医心理学实施循证实践(how)等问题,并阐述了它与实证支持的治疗(Empirically supported treatments,ESTs)、循证医学(Evidence based medicine)的联系和区别,以及给中医心理学工作者的启示,并就如何在中医心理学的教学中引入循证的理念提出了看法。Evidence based practice （EPB） is being more and more concerned. In 2006, the APA published its policy statements about evidence based practice in psychology. This literature addressed what EBP is, why it matters, and how to implement and teach it in the context of Traditional Chinese Medicine psychology. Meanwhile, the authors elucidated the differences and relationship about EBP and Empirically supported treatments（ESTs） and Evidence based medicine （EBM）. The EBP had some important implications for psychol- ogists especially clinical psychologists in the filed of TCM psychology.
