摘  要:高校辅导员长期存在焦虑、厌倦、失落等负面情绪,尊重感和成就感相对缺失。高校辅导员的情绪困扰主要源于日常频发的小困扰事件、不合理的社会比较、高强度的工作负荷、职业倦怠等因素。建立以辅导员为主体的多元化学生管理体制;为辅导员提供获得专业声望和个人威望的机会;提升辅导员情绪管理能力,规避不合理认知等是解决辅导员情绪困扰的有效途径。College counselors have the long-standing negative emotions, such as anxiety, boredom, and disappointment and so on, and they lack the sense of respect and achievement. The main sources of emotional distress of college counselors are daily small frequent disturbing events, irrational social comparison, high intensity of work load, and occupation burnout. The effective way to solve the counselors" emotional distress is to establish a diversified student management system with the counselors as the main body, provide opportunities for them to get professional reputation and personal prestige, enhance the capability of their emotional management, and avoid irrational cognition.
