高职院校实施阳光体育运动的教学实践

摘　　要：阳光体育活动在全国范围内的高职院校推行已有6 a(年)多,虽成绩显著,但受内外部因素影响,致使其近年来发展遇到较大阻力。通过对我校"阳光体育运动"开展现状进行调查和分析,了解其实施一学期后的学生体质健康现状,并提出促进高职院校"阳光体育运动"深入开展的对策建议。The sunshine sports activities have been carried out more than six years all over China.Al-though some achievements have been made,their development has been influenced by some internal and external factors and difficult to move ahead.The physical health status of students was understood by the investigation and analysis of sunshine sports carried out a semester.This will promote the development in Yunnan higher vocational and give a demonstration effect and reference significance.
