摘　　要：本文以高职学生为研究对象,阐述影响高职学生就业的重要因素,分析课外科技活动与高职学生就业能力的关系,最后从课外科技活动的内容、方法、组织模式等方面,提出通过课外科技活动提升高职学生就业能力的策略和途径。Taking the higher vocational students as the object of study,elaborated The important factors to influence the college students＇ employment,analyzed the relationship between extracurricular activities of science and technology and the employment ability of higher vocational students, last from the extra-curricular activities in science and technology content, methods, organization mode etc.,put the forward strategies and approaches of improving the employment ability of higher vocational students in extra-curricular activities in science and technology.
