病例分析在常染色体遗传病讲授中的效果评价

摘　　要：根据学校医学遗传学教学的要求,在二年级护理专业174名学生的教学过程中,采用临床病例分析学习常染色体显性遗传病的知识点,通过调查问卷、最后病例分析考试,评价该方法的讲课效果和学生的接受情况及长期记忆情况。结果表明病例分析可帮助学生对遗传学的深入学习和长期记忆。According to the teaching goal of medical genetics, 174 nursing students who were sophomores in the University were given the clinical case teaching in the course of medical genetics concerning the autosomal dominant disease. Questionnaires and case analysis were adopted to assess the teaching effects and students＇ understanding in the final exam. The results showed the case analysis in class-room teaching could not only achieve the good results of learning but also bring the long-term memory of the konwledge.
