贯彻教书育人根本 探索实验教学改革

摘　　要：根据环境工程学科特点以及培养高质量、复合型拔尖创新人才的发展定位,介绍了为贯彻教书育人根本,对符合环境工程学科特点的新型实验实践教学体系、教学方法与手段、运行管理体制、质量监督以及教学效果等方面所做的改革和探索。通过多年的探索和实践,逐步形成了"专业教育和绿色教育相结合,寓教于研、教研互促"的教学理念,建立了面向环境专业教育和绿色教育的新型实验实践教学体系,形成了"个性化、灵活式、综合性、研究型"实验实践教学模式。According to the subject characteristics of environmental engineering and the development orientation of cultivating high-quality,complex notch innovative personnel,it is necessary to reform and explore new experiment teaching system,teaching methods,operation management system,quality supervision and teaching effect.After years of exploration and practice,a teaching philosophy gradually is formed,it is “green education and professional education are combined,teaching is merged with research,teaching and research are promoted mutual”,an experimental teaching system is established to environmental professional education and green education,an experimental practice teaching mode which is personalized,flexible style,comprehensive,and research-based is also formed.
