摘 要:试验收集了国内广泛种植且产量较高的29个马铃薯品种,应用模糊识别法和氨基酸比值系数氨基酸比值系数分等指标全面评价了不同品种马铃薯氨基酸的营养价值,并利用系统聚类法对29个品种氨基酸营养价值进行分类,筛选出氨基酸营养价值最高的6个马铃薯品种,分别为LBr-25、青薯168、高原号、俄8、渝马铃薯1号和Shepody。显著性分析结果显示系统聚类结果可靠,对保证马铃薯营养价值全面发及品种的合理利用具有一定的指导意义。29 Potato cultivars with high yield grown widely in China have been collected in this study. Amino acid nutritional values of different cultivars comprehensively were evaluated comprehensively by fuzzy distinguish method, ratio coefficient, score of ratio coefficient and other indicators.
