摘  要:研究了不同溶剂及辅助方法对花生壳提取物木犀草素含量及金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌作用的影响。结果表明提取物中木犀草素绝对含量和抗菌效果与提取溶剂和辅助方法有关,提取物中木犀草素的绝对含量及在同一浓度时抗菌效果分别是丙酮>乙醇>甲醇>乙酸乙酯>水、水浴回流法>微波法>恒温震荡法>超声波法,同时对于同种溶剂或辅助方法提取物而言,随着提取物浓度的增加,抗菌作用越显著。相关性分析表明对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果与提取物中木犀草素绝对含量呈正显著相关,与花生壳提取物得率之间无显著相关。辅助方法有助于提高花生壳提取物木犀草素绝对含量和抗菌效果。Effects of solvent and auxiliary method on content of luteolin in peanut hulls extract have been investigated in the paper. The results showed that the absolute content of luteolin and antibacterial action of peanut hulls extracts were relevant to extraction solvent and assisted methods. The absolute content of luteolin and antibacterial action at the same concentration of peanut hulls extracts decreased in following order: acetone 〉 ethanol 〉 carbinol 〉 ethyl acetate 〉 water and water bath reflux 〉 microwave 〉 shock at constant temperature 〉 ultrasonic wave. In line with increasing the extract concentration, the antibacterial effect of extracts of the same solvent or auxiliary method was more significant. The result showed that the correlation between the antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus and the absolute content of luteolin in extracts was positively nifical between the antibacterial action and extract yield solute content of luteolin in the extract and antibacterial significant. Correlation analysis showed that there was not sigof peanat shell. The auxiliary method could improve the abaction.
