摘 要:目的评估膳食宣传和膳食干预后辖区居民油盐的摄入情况。方法随机抽取辖区部分居民住户进行每人日食用油盐消费量的称重调查,并将调查结果与膳食指导后的调查结果对比分析。结果辖区居民膳食指导前油、盐平均每人日消费量为29.6 g、11.0 g,膳食指导后油、盐平均每人日消费量为25.4 g、8.9 g;指导前油盐超过《中国居民膳食指南》推荐量的居民住户比例分别为81.7%、100%,指导后下降至61.7%、86.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辖区居民油盐消费量超标,膳食指导后明显下降,仍需加强健康膳食宣传、控制油盐摄入。Objective To know the consumption of edible oil and salt among households from a district, and provide evidences to intervene their intake of edible oil and salt for developing strategy. Methods The survey among local households in a random drawing was conducted for their consumption of edible oil and salt using the method of 3-day weighing, and the data obtained were compared with the data obtained after diet guiding. Results The per capita amount of edible oil and salt consumption was 29.6g and11.0g per standard day respectively before diet guiding, while it was 25.4g and 8.9g after diet guiding. There were 81.7%(100%) of the households whose edible oil(salt) intake over the recommended amount from Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents before diet guiding, while the figure dropped to 61.7%(86.7%) after diet guiding. This difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The per capita amount of edible oil and salt consumption of local households exceeds standard, and it is decreased greatly after diet guiding. This article suggests that health education of diet-related knowledge should be strengthened and edible oil and salt intake of the households should be in control.
