论老子“无为而治”思想对高校德育工作的借鉴与启示

摘　　要：加强大学生德育工作是高校教育工作的重要内容。老子的"无为而治"思想意蕴丰赡,"圣人处无为之事,行不言之教""圣人无常心,以百姓心为心""道常无为而无不为"等都可转化为教育理念,可作为现代高校德育方法的借鉴。高校在大学生思想道德教育过程中,要遵循学生身心发展规律,灵活运用"无为而治"思想,以培养大学生良好的思想品德,以"无为"达到"有为"的境界。To strengthen the college moral education is an important part of university education,While Laozi′s ideol-ogy about ＂inaction＂,with its rich educational principle,can provide significant reference for the moral education in modern times. It means that,in the process of moral education,it is necessary to follow the law of physical and mental development concerning the students,and to flexibly adopt the idea of＂inaction＂in the cultivation of students′positive morals and the a-chievement of their values through ＂inaction＂.
