摘 要:采用响应面法优化马铃薯淀粉废液中蛋白质回收工艺参数。在破碎液料比值(ml/g)、pH值、沉降时间及温度四个单因素实验的基础上,以蛋白质回收率为响应值,考察4因素对蛋白质回收率的影响。试验结果表明:破碎液料比值为2 ml/g,pH4.50,沉降时间为40 min,温度为35℃,在此工艺条件下,蛋白质回收率可达79.21%。Response surface methodology was used to optimize process conditions of the protein recovery technology in potato starch wastewater. Four factors,namely broken ratio of liquid to solid (ml/g), pH,settling time and temperature were selected accordingly. Base on single-factor experiments, the protein recovery rate was set for the response value and the effect of each factor on protein recovery rate was studied. The results indicated that protein recovery rate was able to reach the highest level of 79.21% when following up with this process conditions:2 ml/g for the broken ratio of liquid,pH value of 4.50,4:0 min for the settling time and the temperature of 35℃.
