以模拟学术报告会为载体,强化学生综合素质培养

摘　　要：社会的发展对高职院校学生的综合素质提出了更高的要求。当前,高职院校采取各种措施来提升学生的综合素质,力争培养出满足社会需求的学生。本文分析了当前高职院校在培养学生综合素质的过程中出现的一些问题,在提升学生综合素质的方法上,提出以模拟学生学术报告会为载体,强化学生综合素质培养。还详细分析了模拟学术报告会在学生综合素质提升方面所起的作用,并对此保持该活动的长效性提出了改进办法。Social development puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of students＇ comprehensive quality in higher vocational colleges. At present, the higher vocational colleges take various measures to improve students＇ comprehensive quality, and strive to cultivate students to meet the needs of the society. This paper analyses some problems in the process of cultivating students＇ comprehensive quality of the higher vocational colleges, proposes to strengthen the cultivation of students＇ comprehensive quality by the carrier of simulated academic report, analyses the effect of simulated academic report on improving students＇ comprehensive quality in detail, and put forward improving method to keep long-term effectiveness of the activity.
