高技能人才培养与现代服务业需求对接研究

摘　　要：在经济转型背景下,我国现代服务业的飞速发展对高技能人才提出了新的挑战,但职业教育对高技能人才的培养与现代服务业的需求未能实现很好对接。对此,文章分析了现代服务业对高技能人才提出的新要求,并从高技能人才培养数量、人才培养结构、人才培养质量三个维度深入探讨了高等职业教育高技能人才培养与现代服务业需求的对接问题,提出了促进高等职业教育高技能人才培养与现代服务业需求对接的路径选择。There are big challengesto highly skilled talents in the rapid development of modern service industry under the background of economic transformation. However, the cultivation of highly skilled talents in vocational education is reluctant to adapt the demands of modern service industry.This paper analyzes the new demands that modem service industrymake on highlyskilled talents, anddiscusses the problems of connection betweenthe cultivation of highly skilled talents and the demands of modem service industry fromthree dimensions： structure of talents cultivation, quantity of talents cultivation and quality of talents cultivation. Finally, solutions and directions are provided for improving the connection betweenhighlyskilled talentscultivation and the demandsof modem service industry.
