摘 要:培养目标是人才培养方案的灵魂,决定着课程计划的制定,影响着课程结构、课程内容、课程实施等课程开发要素的确定,明确培养目标是高师专业教育的首要任务。从高师教育的性质、学校办学层次、专业开办院系特点、教育对象需求出发,结合教师教育专业化的趋势和基础教育课程改革的需要,反思小学教师普遍存在的素质问题,太原师范学院小学教育专业(英语方向)的培养目标应定位为:为初等学校培养具有较高教育理论素养、学科素养、实践能力的专业型和复合型优秀英语教师,这些教师应具备未来英语教学所必需的专业理念、专业知识、专业能力、专业情意等多方面的综合素养。Program goals are the soul to personnel training. They guide the design of the training curriculum, and influence the determination of its structure, content, implementation and development factors. Therefore,establishing program goals is a primary task for normal universities. Given the nature, the levels, the characteristics in the fields of studies, and the needs of their students of normal universities, as well as the trends of teacher professional development, the curriculum reform of basic education, and widely existing problems in teacher quality, the orientation of elementary education( English major) of Taiyuan Normal University should be set on training excellent elementary school professional and composite English teachers with fairly solid foundation in related theories, in subject quality, and in practical competence. These teachers should possess necessary specialty concept, subject knowledge, practical skills and professional morality.
