摘 要:中国白酒酿造对自然环境具有很强的依赖性,当前中国白酒行业地理保护意识正在崛起,但地理标志保护工作仍存在很多的问题。中国白酒产区划分的提出将有助于将地理标志保护这一资源优势得以最大限度体现。分析了中国白酒产区化的现状及必然性,在此基础上指出中国白酒产区化的困难所在:自身特色和行业水平影响下的产区划分依据不明确,各个层面对白酒产区化重视不够和对产区化的意义认识不够,用于地理标志产品的研发资金投入明显不足,市场推动力不足。进而提出中国白酒产区化的建议:加强科学研究,培育成熟的消费市场,行业协会的促成,职能部门的推动,政府宏观的引导。Chinese Baijiu(liquor) production is strongly dependent on natural environment. At present, geographic protection awareness in liquormaking industry has formed, but there are still many problems in geographical indication protection. The regionalization of liquor producing areas is undoubtedly helpful for geographical indication protection. In this paper, the present situations and the necessity of the regionalization of liquor producing areas were introduced. Besides, the difficulties in the regionalization included unclear regionalization base, insufficient emphasis given to the regionalization at all levels, lack of awareness of the significance of regionalization, insufficient capital investment in the development of geographical indication products, and lack of strong driving force from the market. Some proposals were put forward as follows: strengthening scientific research related to the regionalization, cultivating mature consumer market, founding the corresponding industry association, and the support of functional department and the macro-guidance of the government.
