摘　　要：现有招生体制下,高职院校学生生源复杂,学校通常采取统一化的人才培养计划,使得三校学生从中职到高职无法实现有效衔接,高职院校需兼顾各类生源的素质差异,针对不同生源制定不同的培养计划。Under the existing enrollment system,the source of higher vocational college students is complex,but the colleges usually adopt a unified school talent training plan,which make the students from Professional,Technical and Polytechnic schools cannot achieve the effective connection to the higher vocational college curriculum system. Higher vocational colleges need to give consideration to all kinds of students＇ quality differences to formulate the different cultivation plans for different students.
