摘　　要：规划了具有陕西特色现代职业教育人才培养模式的基本框架,设计了具有陕西特色现代职业教育人才培养模式的构建目标、指导原则,并且结合陕西实际,从院校专业设置、职业教育内外衔接、招生制度、校企合作、"双师型"教师队伍建设、人才培养质量督导评估机制等六个方面提出了构建具有陕西特色现代职业教育人才培养模式的具体措施。The article plans the basic framework of modern vocational education talent training mode with Shaanxi characteristics ,designs the construction goal and instruction principle ,and brings forth concrete measures from the six aspects of major setup ,internal and external linkage ,recruitment system ,school‐enterprise cooperation ,"double‐capability"teacher team construction ,and talent cultivation quality evalu‐ation mechanism in the light of actual situations of Shaanxi Province .
