摘　　要：为了较好地完成教学工作,情绪劳动是教师工作中必不可少的一部分。很多研究者以教师为研究对象,采用实证研究方法,对教师的情绪劳动进行了深入的研究。文章以近年来国内外有关教师情绪劳动的研究为切入点,回顾并总结了此类研究的内容,并提出了未来此类研究的趋势。Emotional labor is an essential part in teacher＇s successful teaching. Targeting at teachers, many researchers adopt experimental methods to make an indepth investigation in teachers＇ emotional labor. Based on the recent researches on teacher＇s emotional labor, this essay reviews and sums up relevant researches and puts forward some possible research directions for studies in the future.
