摘 要:以河蚬壳为原料,采用二次高温煅烧法获得较高纯度的CaO,溶于水后调成石灰乳,与柠檬酸进行中和反应制备柠檬酸钙。探讨河蚬壳高温煅烧的工艺条件和河蚬壳煅烧产物的纯化工艺条件,并采用正交试验设计法优化确定柠檬酸与河蚬煅烧物中和反应制备柠檬酸钙的最佳条件。结果表明,取二次煅烧后的产物0.3 g,加水12 mL调成石灰乳,与10 mL,1.2 mol·L-1柠檬酸于70℃下反应30 min,制得柠檬酸钙0.799 8 g,产品经原子吸收分光光度法测定含钙量21.76%,经红外图谱定性分析符合目标产品特性。The calcium oxide with high purity can be obtained by the way of secondary high temperature calcination with corbicula fluminea shell as raw material. The calcium oxide was blended into lime cream in water and the calcium cirtrate was produced with neutralization reaction of calcination and lime cream. Through investigating the process conditions of corbicula fluminea shell with high temperature calcination and purification of corbicula fluminea shell calcined product and using the orthogonal experimental design method,the best condition to produce the calcium cirtrate is ascertained by neutralization reaction of the citric acid and the corbicula fluminea shell calcined product. The results showed that the 0. 799 8g calcium citrate was produced with reaction under 70 ℃ for 30 minutes from 0. 3 g of calcium oxide with calcined product and 12 mL of water and 10 mL of 1. 2 mol·L- 1calcination and the calcium content was determined to be 21. 76% by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry,which is in accord with the features of target product by qualitative analysis of the infrared spectrum.
