摘　　要：改革人才培养模式是提高教学质量的重要手段。江苏省江阴中等专业学校五年制高职数控加工专业创新课程体系及"岗证单一体化"人才培养模式,并与企业深度合作,成效显著。To reform the talent training mode is an important way to improve teaching quality. The innovative curriculum system and post-certificate-order integrated talent training mode of five-year higher vocational numerical control machining specialty in Jiangsu Jiang-yin Secondary Vocational School has been put into practice with deep cooperation with the enterprises, and have achieved remarkable results.
