专业化视野下职教教师教育的价值追求

摘　　要：职教教师教育的价值取向是职教教师教育全部活动的方向标,当前对职教教师教育价值取向的定位不清晰不利于职教教师教育的改革和发展。从专业化入手,对职教教师教育价值取向进行重新定位,提出以职教教师一体化培养为基础推进职教教师教育机构的专业化、以职教教师一体化促进为依托推进职教教师教育模式的专业化、以职教教师的一体化发展为目标推进职教教师教育制度的专业化等三个方面实现职教教师教育价值。Value orientation is the direction indicator of all activities of vocational education teacher education. The present position of value orientation of vocational education teacher education is not clear and this is bad for the reform and development of vocational education teacher education. From professionalization perspective, the paper repositions the value orientation of vocational education teacher education and points out the pathways to realize the value of vocational education teacher education.
