摘  要:教改是一项师生共同参与的长期的教学活动,作为教改重要的参与者,教师自身的素质会影响教改的实际成效。与传统的教师角色有所不同,教改环境下的教师定位不再局限于"传道授业解惑",而应该是课堂的导演者、课余的规划者、素质的培养者以及思想的引路人。Educational reform is a kind of long-term teaching activities,which need both teachers and students' participation. As the important participants of educational reform, teachers' quality will affect the actual results of teaching reform. Under the environment of educational reform, teachers' role is different from the traditional teachers', and it's no longer limited to "propagating the doctrine, imparting professional knowledge, and resolving doubts". Instead, teachers are the director of the classroom, the planner of extracurricular activities, the trainer of quality, and the guide of thoughts.
