摘　　要：以地方产业发展需求为导向,分析生物工程专业人才需求的现状与发展前景,培养与地方经济社会发展紧密相联的应用型创新人才,构建以社会需求为导向,以实践课程体系为载体,以能力培养为主线,以学生科技创新活动和教师科研为驱动,以地方产业发展需求为导向构建以"平台+模块"的实践教学体系.构建的实践教学创新体系取得了良好的教学效果.The present situation and development potential of talent requirement of bioengineering spe-cialty are analyzed.The proj ect research and ability training combined innovation practice teaching mode with social requirement as the direction,practice curriculum system as the carrier,capability training as the principal thread,and students’science and technology innovation activities and teachers’scientific research as the drive,were successfully constructed.The practices showed that innovation practice teaching mode can greatly improve the students’learning interest and the teachers’working enthusiasm.
